Cartoixa Vermell, a grey pink skinned mutation of Xarello, macerated on skins for about a month. Earthy spice, galangal and SE asian aromats. On the palate theres grapefruit, salinity and citrus skin.
2020 was a hot dry vintage, as such the grapes were picked early to maintain freshness and its lower in alcohol than previous vintages. The lower alcohol year keeps it fluid and free on the palate.
