Lucy M Sangiovese Stupefacente 2020 vintage. Carbonically fermented for 8 days in a 2400L wooden barrel. Then pressed and it completes ferment and is aged in 500L barrels. Anton’s wines are made on the Lucy Margaux Farm in Basket Range, South Australia. Lucy M wines are made from organically farmed grapes, picked early for lower alcohol and vinified with zero additives. The wines change every year but one thing is constant: No additions, just grapes.
