Picked during the first days of the COVID panic. At our winery, we were told that it was highly likely that the winery would shut down during the pandemic. So rather than have a red ferment rot in the winery. We pressed it all to old wood for ferment and let it age on gross lees for 6 months. Bottled with a touch of sulphur. It’s a big rose’/ light, chilled, red vibe. Our attempt at making something in a l’Anglore style. – Dirty Black Denim
