The 2019 is a blend of the I clone portion of chardonnay planted on the southern slope at
the BullSwamp Vineyard. Whole Cluster pressed to a new 2000litre Oval Vat. Fermentation takes place over 10 days with full malolatic taking place immediately post primary fermentation. The wine shows plush stone fruit, a rich structure and a savoury persistence, High acid and defined texture. – Patrick Sullivan
