100% Vinyater, a local Penedes variety near extinction. The fruit here is sourced from two vineyards, the vines 65 and 70 years of age. Hand harvested, de-stemmed and slowly pressed. Fermented and then rested in stainless steel tanks. A white floral undertone on the nose interspersed with grapefruit and herbal scrub. There’s an abundance of purity here, zesty citrus, lemon juice and green almond. With sea salt and freshness, it transports to a coastal town and sings summer. – Suppliers notes
