Cantina Giardino was born with the intent to protect and preserve the region’s native varietals, old vines and traditional training systems.
Old vines of Fiano from Lapio (Fiano di Avellino traditional area). About four days skin contact then fermentation and ageing in large format chestnut botti for a year, on lees. 2018 was a cooler vintage and the wine shows great elegance and texture. – Giorgio De Maria
