Terms and Conditions for The Good Booze Project Subscription

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your subscription to the Good Booze Project’s Mr West Bar & Bottle Shop products and services Good Booze Project. By placing a Subscription order, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Welcome Gift

As a gesture of welcome to new members of the Good Booze Project, subscribers have the opportunity to receive a complimentary Mr West crystal beer or wine glass gift pack valued at $27. To avail of this offer, please use the coupon code “SIGNMEUP” during checkout to opt-in for the free gift. The type of gift pack (beer or wine glasses) will be based on your selection of either a beer subscription or wine subscription.

By opting to receive the free gift, customers agree to commit to a minimum three-month subscription to the Good Booze Project.

To be eligible for the free gift, customers must maintain their subscription for the minimum three-month period. Cancelling or suspending the subscription before the agreed period will incur a cancellation fee of $27.

The availability of the gift is subject to stock availability, and it cannot be exchanged. This offer is exclusively available online.

These terms and conditions govern the operation of the Mr West Good Booze Project subscription service.

By joining the Mr West Good Booze Project subscription service, individuals agree to be legally bound by these customer terms and conditions.

The Good Booze Project subscription service is open to individuals aged 18 years or older with a unique email address.

Becoming a member is effective from the date of sign-up. Completion of the signup process signifies acceptance of the subscription terms and conditions.

Mr West reserves the right to modify the subscription terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be at the discretion of Mr West and may apply to all members retrospectively. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. By placing a Subscription order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping and Delivery

Good Booze Project subscriptions are dispatched on the first Tuesday of each month, except on public holidays when dispatch will occur on the first Wednesday of the month. To ensure inclusion in the upcoming monthly dispatch, all orders must be placed by 5:00 PM AEDT/AEST on the Monday of the week before the first Tuesday of the month.

The monthly subscription product price does not include shipping costs, which will be added separately to the total order cost.

Subscribers located within the Mr West Same Day Delivery zone can opt for same-day delivery during checkout.

Subscribers outside the Mr West Same Day Delivery zone but within the Aramex delivery network will receive their orders according to the delivery window specified in our general shipping information.

Click+Collect option is available for those who wish to collect their monthly subscription from the bottle shop.

If a subscription order includes additional items eligible for free shipping, future subscription renewal orders will be subject to shipping charges based on the subscriber’s location.

Subscribers located outside the Aramex Delivery Network may incur additional shipping fees. For more information on such fees, please contact us at shop@mrwest.com.au.

Mr Wset is not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Order Cut Off – Send Out 

1. Subscription Orders and Dispatch

1.1. To ensure inclusion in the upcoming monthly dispatch, all orders must be placed by 5:00 PM AEDT/AEST on the Monday of the week before the first Tuesday of the month.

1.2. Orders placed after the specified time will be sent in the following month’s dispatch.

2. Urgent Delivery

2.1. If you require urgent delivery of the upcoming month’s subscription, please contact us directly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but additional charges may apply.

Payment

Subscription prices are listed in AUD and include GST.

Payments are made in advance and can be processed using credit cards or debit cards. The Good Booze Project subscription will automatically renew on the 18th of each month, regardless of the initial order date. If the initial order is placed on a different date (e.g., 2nd, 25th), the renewal payment will be adjusted to renew on the 18th of each subsequent month.

PayPal payments are not accepted for this service. Subscribers are responsible for providing valid payment details and ensuring their payment information is up to date.

Suspend, Renew, or Cancel

The Good Booze Project subscription will automatically renew on the 18th of each month until you notify us to stop or manually suspend/cancel your subscription through your customer account page. If you cancel after your payment has gone through on the 18th, you will receive your final subscription for the upcoming month.

To suspend, renew, or cancel your subscription, you can do so through the account dashboard or by contacting us at shop@mrwest.com.au.

By purchasing a Good Booze Project subscription, you authorise us to debit your account until you notify us to cancel your subscription or you manually cancel/suspend your subscription through your customer account page.

Cancellation/Suspension Cut Off

To cancel your Good Booze Project subscription for the upcoming send-out month, please ensure you make the cancellation before the 18th of the current month, which is when your renewal payment is charged. If you make a cancellation after this specified cut-off time, you will still be billed and receive the upcoming monthly subscription, and the cancellation will take effect from the following month.

Exchanges, Returns + Refunds

Once an order is accepted, products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange solely due to a change of mind.

Returns with a replacement or refund will be accepted if the product is not of acceptable quality or is not fit for its intended purpose, and valid proof of purchase documentation is provided.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Mr West supports the responsible service of alcohol. Selling or supplying alcohol to individuals under the age of 18 years is against the law. Similarly, obtaining alcohol on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years is prohibited. Licence Number 31956741 – Under the Liquor Reform Act 1998.
