Another awesome vintage (or blend of vintages) of Pat’s Bootleg Red. This year a light delicious blend of grenache and mourvédre organically grown on clay, sand, silt and gravel in the Nagambie Lakes region.
Quite floral aromatically with roses, lavender and fresh cherry. The palate sees crunchy cherry, fresh raspberry and stewed plums meeting savoury sage and rosemary with the slightest hint of cocoa powder. Fresh acidity and a light salty minerality finish this delicious wine off.
