Nothing hurts us more than not having a Red in the stable. That conjuncture of chewy, rich malts with citrus and piney hops leads to the ultimate combo of flavour complexity. To get this out so Sam finally has something to drink with lunch, is a superficial joke at its finest.
Caramel, spicy rye and chocolate toasted malts hit the nose first, supported by citrus and followed with pine and resin. Cascade, Simcoe, Columbus and Riwaka provide complexity, super dank and soft citrus with a hint of tropical notes. It’s rich and decadent, complex but smashable. It’s good to have one back.
