Factory Settings is a double dry-hopped IPA, with a huge hop bill of Mosaic LUPOMAX, Simcoe, Cashmere Cryo and Galaxy. This beer is a legitimate banger. Absolutely popping with fresh galaxy and those quintessential passion fruit aromas and flavours. On the palate this is a lush combination of passionfruit, berry, sweet mango, bubblegum and a hint of zest to finish. While the bitterness is low, the late hit of citrus gives a perceived bitterness on the back end before you’re left with a juicy juicy finish.
