Cantina Giardino was born with the intent to protect and preserve the region’s native varietals, old vines and traditional training systems.
Antonio and Daniela used to buy some greco from Olimpia, a Nonna looking after her one hectare of greco vineyard in Greco di Tufo; for more than 60 years she was making a sparkling greco for herself and her family. This wine is dedicated to Olimpia and her method, which Cantina Giardino still follow. Grippy & refreshing, this wine is a bomb! -Giorgio De Maria
