Our Pinot Gris is from the original Marinda Park Vineyard (Planted in 2001 on a southern slope on heavy sedimentary sand) in Moorooduc and is farmed by Andrew Hickinbotham. Fruit was whole bunch pressed straight to a mix of old barrels for wild fermentation. Here it aged on full solids for 6 months where the barrels were left un-topped. Bottled unfiltered and un-fined with 10 parts of SO2 added in the week leading up to bottling. – ARC Wines
