Established in 1805, Kitajima Sake Brewery has been brewing sake ever since. Using soft water from underground wells in the Suzuka Mountains and high quality Omi rice from Shiga, which is sourced directly from local environmental conscious farmers.
This is a Mr West favourite! Made using local sake, small additions of sea salt and four times the yuzu of regular yuzushu. Aromas of grapefruit and lemon butter, with tart flavours of unsweetened homemade lemonade.
