Brewed in small quantities by our resident Sake (and Kombucha) brewer, Chiho, Thylacine Seishu (Clear Sake) is our take on a traditional Japanese beverage. Combining new and old brewing techniques and carefully selected koji rice we have a created what we think is a unique and delicious experience.
