Its been a while since we brewed a double IPA and figured releasing one around the time our venue opened back up after COVID lockdowns was as good of a time as any. Falling Through Space is a New England Double IPA built on a solid foundation of Simpson’s Golden Promise, wheat and oats in various forms to create a nice, full-bodied beer. It’s been double dry-hopped with ridiculous amounts of Galaxy and Vic Secret hops to create loud vibes of mango and orange smoothie, orange starburst and the slightest bit of hoppy, dank goodness.
