Two Metre Tom, muscat lees, post ceramic egg ferment, blended with lactic sour ale base then fermented for 18 months in a 100-year-old, Barossa fortified wine barrel. Beer fermented on wine lees. Mixed culture fermentation and bottle conditioned.
