Rosé pink with some natural sediment, the PN18 has aromas of hedgerow fruits and rhubarb, with a cream soda and autolysic nose. Crisp acidity and a persistent mousse mean the wine is refreshing, fruit-forward and easy to drink. The fruit has been largely destemmed, crushed and macerated, some of which was then fermented on skins. It features 100% indigenous yeast fermented at ambient temperatures, with no filtration, fining or added sulphur. Grapes: Ortega, Müller Thurgau, Dornfelder, Rondo, Pinot Noir. Tillingham is a natural and biodynamic wine producer rooted in the East Sussex countryside.
