Dripping In Green is an experimental series where we seek to explore modern techniques and levels of hopping beers. We seek to push boundaries and make use of the most innovative products in order to create an experience like no other. For our fifth edition, we have gone with a straight up assault of Mosaic, but this time we’re heading to the West Coast. Our Dripping In Green series sees us load every form of a hop variety we can get our hands on into each beer. We’ve employed all our hotside DIG techniques and morphed them with our West Coast malt base and dry-hopping method. – Range Brewing
