A modern West Coast style IPA, hopped with Simcoe, Centennial, and Ekuanot. The Grand Scheme of Things is a new West Coast style IPA. It is packed with a dry-hop of Ekuanot, Simcoe and Centennial. On the nose we get bold aromas of stone fruit, with an underlying dankness. The body is clean and full, with an upfront bitterness that gives way to sticky stone fruit, tangerine, grapefruit and marmalade. The finish is crisp, resinous and bitter. Overall, there is a harmonious balance between malt sweetness, hop bitterness and the glorious aromas and sticky hop flavours of a West Coast dry hop. – Range Brewing
