Brewed in collaboration with Brit Josa the botanical badass behind Torches Ceremonials of Black Mountain, NC. Mashed with local barley, local rye and local oats along with a pinch of chocolate wheat and honey malt. Boiled with aged hops, toasted lavender, nettles, mullein and lemon balm. Fermented with our mixed-house saison cultures in one of our beautiful Missouri oak foeders until bone dry. Conditioned naturally inside the bottle and keg. Ingredients inspired by “the moon blend”, a unique tobacco-free smoke blend from Torches Ceremonials. 6.2% ABV.
