Super fun slightly cloudy Glera sparkling wine from the Piave region in Italy.
Basically it’s a Prosecco as all Prosecco is made from Glera grapes. However, as this is slightly cloudy and not made in the traditional Prosecco method it cannot be called Prosecco.
Wild yeast fermented with natural carbonation from secondary ferment in bottle.
Intense aromas of bread crust, Acacia flowers, apple, lemon & grapefruit.
Extremely fresh with good structure & balance.
