Campari Bitters 
With an abundance of milk-sweetness up front and sublime texture and structure, this vodka is excellent solo but truly shines when mixed. But there’s no need to look further than a martini or old-fashioned style drink. The craftwork in the distilling has really produced a clean and elegant spirit. All that you’ll be left with is delicious flavour. Once again these vodkas are unfiltered, so they will oxidise and soften over the next few months, and the evolution in bottle is truly enjoyable and rewarding. (Producer’s notes)
