Selected from the vineyard, in Chardonnay, Savagnin, Poulsard and Pinot in Montigny les Arsures and the Vernois. Hand harvested with a direct whole-bunch press. Racking in February, second fermentation in bottle and the bottles are stored on slats for 40 months. Pretty pale colors, slight green reflections and very fine bubbles. The nose is fine and discrete with notes of white flowers and hawthorn. The palate is dry with great acidity, no bitterness also rich with a vinous character.
