Shirazzaweiss 2020 is here! A cracking vintage this year has led to an abundance of exceptional quality fruit and boy oh boy does it show in this year’s Shirazzaweiss! We stacked our Berliner Weisse with over 1 tonne of Shiraz grapes (that’s a whole lotta grapes) from Dawson Creek vineyard, thanks to our good pals at LS Merchants. The unmistakable raspberry character from the grapes balances out the tart Berliner base, with a dry and bitter finish on the palate. This deep-pink beauty celebrates our local winemaking region…in a beery kinda way. – Beer Farm
