Looking for inspiration we headed to the beach and watched some local kite surfers doing their thing and we came up with this little homage to our local surfers. This beer uses a combination of Motueka, Riwaka and Centennial. Loads of stone fruit, pine and citrus fruit aromas over a light hazy malt base. At only 5.5% and full of flavour, it’s the perfect beer for after you’ve been sheeting it up in the power zone. Winds up, surfs up – let’s catch some air dude! – Baylands Brewery
