We turned our flagship hazy “Juicy IPA” up to 11 – or rather, to 7.6 (percent). An increased malt bill puffed out with maltodextrin provides additional body and alcohol to support a higher whirlpool hop as well as a ridiculous amount of dry hop added at three stages during fermentation and conditioning. As well as Citra, Enigma, Galaxy, Mosaic and Simcoe pellets we also included a “Pure Hop Aroma” extract of one of our favourites – Citra – to really take this beer to the next level.
Best drunk as fresh as possible to enjoy the fresh hop aromas while they’re at their peak.
