This cuvée, which is 100% Chenin Blanc, is an estate wine sourced from four plots of young vines planted between 2000 and 2002 in Lambert du Lattay and Beaulieu sur Layon which are quite close to the Mosse winery.
The soils are clay with gravel and schist on which the Chenin vines thrive.
The grapes were slowly pressed in a pneumatic press then aged for 6 months, partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wood on fine lees.
It was bottled without filtration in March 2024. This wine is fresh and ideal to be drunk young. Certified organic.
