This is a blend of Heathcote Marsanne (that we use for the Electric) and Marsanne from the biodynamic vineyard Goulburn Terrace (where the Moon wines are farmed). This spent 4 months on skins, in an egg, under a thick layer of flor. Bottled with zero additions at any stage.
Super thrilled with this wine and this early bottling gives us a great insight as to how the later releases of Marsanne from these incredible vineyards will progress.
