We bent space and time, making a wine from grapes native to the very top and very bottom of lo Stivale – Barossa Valley Nebbiolo and Nero d’Avola from Kuitpo. A lot about this wine shouldn’t work, but it’s one of our best yet – like a Guava Vodka Cruiser for adults, but with no fizz, so you can drink Solo.
