Fallow Wines grew from a love of making. It started with baking sourdough, making home brew and cured meats. From a barrel of Pinot made in the family shed, the label has grown to a variety of different wines and cider made in an urban winery in Healesville.
We organically farm just over a hectare of grapes in the Yarra Valley and work closely with select growers for our other wines. Working with a belief that good wine is grown in the vineyard we simply guide the fruit in the winery with as minimal intervention as possible, aiming to make beautiful character filled expressions. – Fallow Wines
