Bag in box – or as it is more commonly known, the “goon sack” – is one of the Riverlands most famous inventions, and we’ve decided it is time we did it the DLQ way. So, “High Crimes” is our limited edition box wine – 1.5 litres of premium quality DLQ wine, brought to you in the easily transportable, completely recyclable and environmentally friendly bag in box format.

And when we say limited edition, we mean it – the wines that make it into the box are super small production, distinctly separate to the other Delinquente and Hell wines, but sharing the same origin and ethos.

Iberian varieties can bear the same hardy, heat tolerant and drought resistant characteristics as their Southern Italian cousins, with a small but eclectic range finding a home on the Bassham organic vineyard in the Riverland. Our Portuguese Red Blend is Touriga Nacional, with a splash of Prieto Picudio, fermented separately and blended together just before being bagged up by hand. The Touriga brings the dark fruits and earthy, cocoa-like appeal, while the Prieto brings the bright acidity and red fruit pop. A super smashy, easy-to-please campfire red. – Delinquente
