Claire Naudin is one of the most celebrated female vigneron in Burgundy, known for her minimal intervention approach. This wine is made in a bright fun style from younger vines (hence the name ‘La Plante’ which refers to young vines in Burgundy). It’s what we can call a Bistro Wine, friendly but complex with some earthy notes, a sense of vivacity and only 11% Alcohol. No added Sulphur. Definitely one of our favourites! – Halle Aux Vin
