    This is gorgeous white wine from the mediterrenean. It’s round and sleek with a mix of fruitiness and savouriness and lots of acidity for freshness.

    The two varieties in this wine are tortosi and tardana, both of which grown really well in the dry conditions here south of Valencia.

    Serve this chilled but not too cold…..it’s delicious on its own but is really amazing with just about any sort of food.
