Fruit from Mt Compass on the Fleurieu Peninsula. Hand-picked and de- stemmed whole berries and open top fermented on skins until almost dry. Pressed to old french barriques. Left on full lees and not topped under flor for 10 months. Racked and bottled with no additions. Great acidity coupled with the slight oxidative nuttiness. Super round and moorish. Would have more but I just want to drink it everyday and keen to see it develop further in bottle. – Scintilla Wines
