The grapes for this wine were harvested from Alice’s vines in the “En Arces” vineyard near the Jura village of Arbois. The wine is made from Pinot Noir 75% and 25% Chardonnay. The grapes underwent whole cluster maceration for 2 months, before being bottled in July 2019 almost 10 months after the grapes were harvested. – Suppliers Notes
