A juicy white/red blend in an epic 1.5L bag that’s perfect for your next festival, party, picnic or just for wine on tap at home! All white grapes (Fiano, Riesling, Vermentino and Pinot Gris) were co-fermented on skins and aged on gross lees in tank for 6 months. The Cabernet Sauvignon was a 100% whole bunch carbonic maceration ferment for 2 weeks before being pressed to one old barrique. The 2 wines were then blended post ferment and is approximately 65% white, 35% red.
