Sparkling cider made of Bramley apples from one very old untreated garden tree in Skåne. Fermented in amphora with indigenous yeast, no filtration, no additives and no added sulphites.
One single tree more than 100 years old gave us once again enough apples to make a single-tree cuvee. 2/3 fermented in an 225 liters amphora and the rest in plastic vats for exchange and top up. This is minerality, acidity and smokiness in a perfect combo. – Fruktstereo
