A 70:30 blend of Moscato Giallo and Bianco from fifty year old vines in Teolo, with a little fruit from a parcel he is renting up the hill in Monte della Madonna. It spends nineteen days on the skins and is aged in a combination of old barriques and cuve for seven months. This is perhaps the best Emma we have tried from Marco, combining inviting aromas of citrus fruits and flowers with a more compact, elegant structure than recent years.
