A ripper vintage for Nebbiolo, even though it was an early harvest across the board it wasn’t that early for Nebbiolo in Western Victoria. This wine is sourced from the vineyards of Glenlofty 60% & Malakoff 40% (5 mins apart) in the Landsbrough Valley Pyrenees Victoria. The two vineyard parcels were kept separate in fermentation & élevage, I applied many different techniques learnt from being around wineries all my life. Single batches of varying percentages of whole bunch, time on skins, ageing length in cask. the wine just looked so complete as one unit together to represent the Landsbrough Valley. It has been a patient waiting game, very excited to get this out! – Latta Vino
